Dear Sir/Madam,

Firstly, I would like to thank you for the joy that you brought to my household on Christmas morning.

To see my mother smile as she recognised you, the Flame Tree Publishing logo, I knew that I had done well with my recent purchase of Teatime Treats [ISBN: 9781783615285].

Your innovative slim calendar carries charm with the inclusion of illustrations by Emma Ball and delicious recipes. The glitter on its front cover is informal and provokes a sense of fun; much like the warmth of my mothers personality.

She hangs the calendar proudly within the kitchen next to a photograph of her and I. Therefore Flame Tree Publishing has became a member of our family. That calendar embodies a fatherlike persona; A figure that has a plethora of knowledge on public holidays and never fails to remind me on what I am doing on a daily basis.

“It’s all wrong!” Mother said as she glanced at the months April and May.

“Mother?” I replied.

“The dates!” she said with panic as she noticed the out of character typographical errors.

Her sense of dismay grew as she manually corrected the 2016 slim calendar

Like all family members even Teatime Treats was not perfect. Though many would deem this as problematic, I feel it showcases the humanistic traits that your product radiates, ultimately allowing the consumer to relate and reflect on their own imperfections.

Such self-reflection has made me a new man. I am sure you would agree that the benefits of Teatime Treats are already visibly evident

To conclude, I simply would like to say thank you and that you will remain on the kitchen wall until 2017.

Yours sincerely,
Scott
